At 247Photobooth, the typical wait time for our services depends on the specific event and service requested. Generally, we aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. For booked sessions, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure everything is prepared for your photography experience. For Photobooth events please allow 1 hour set up preparation time. If you have any specific timing concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
At 247Photobooth, we understand that plans can change. We do have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate such situations. If you need to cancel your booking, please reach out to us as soon as possible to reschedule this booking to ensure your new date availability. We strive to be flexible and work with you to find a suitable solution. 50% booking fee is non refundable however transferred to new booking.
